Online grant reporting

The Health Fund's online grant reporting system makes it easy to submit grant project progress and status reports. The system allows the project director or other responsible party to create a login and build the report over time, then submit it to the Health Fund when it is complete. Reports (in-progress and completed) are stored on our central server so you can access them from anywhere with an internet connection.

About a month before a report is due, a member of our program staff will send an e-mail containing all the information necessary to start using the system. Please do not start an online report until you have received this information, unless otherwise advised by Health Fund staff.

If you have a report in progress, or wish to review reports submitted online in the past, follow this link to log in to the online reporting system. You will need your grant request number and personal password to log in.
