Personal Account Login Help
This utility may be able to help you with the following:
- Recovering a forgotten account login name and/or password
- Checking to make sure you don't end up with duplicate accounts
- Completing account setup when the program admin or someone from your church may have created an "account placeholder" for you already.

If you don't have your login name, aren't sure if you have an account, or if someone may have created an "account placeholder" on your behalf, enter the email address which would most likely be associated with your HC account:
If the email address you enter is found in our records and is unique, you'll receive an automated email to that address with instructions on how to either log in or complete setup of your account.
If you've already received an "invitation code" to complete account setup, you can use it here.
If the automated self-help is unable to recover your login, please email jgamber@healthfund.org for assistance. Include enough information (your name, church, email, etc.) such that your record may be identified.
Note: the online system for the Healthy Congregations Covenant program, including HC Plans and HC Reports, is completely new as of December 2008. Because of significant changes to the program, no old accounts were imported. If you haven't done so already, please create a personal HC account to participate.
