Note: the program administrator or your team leader may have already set up an "account placeholder" for you on your behalf. If you've received an account invitation code, you may enter it here to complete setup and take ownership of your account. If you haven't received an invitation code, you can still check to see if an account placeholder has been set up for you by entering your email address here.

With your HC account, you will no longer need to re-enter your contact information each time you want to register for an event (such as the HC Retreat or Self-Care workshops) or fill out a Health Fund form, saving you time and effort!

Personal HC accounts are established on the healthfund.org website to enable effective administration of the Covenant program. Each person involved in the program needs a personal account to allow the program administrator to keep track of participation details (such as which courses have been completed and when all required courses have been taken). Accounts are individual in nature, but are linked to a specific church. Accounts are secured by a username/password combination or a random code.

If you do not have access to the Internet or a computer, your Health Ministry Coordinator or the program administrator will be able to register you for training and update your account profile on your behalf.

If you've attended a core or elective training session, you will already have an account even if you didn't set it up yourself. If your HM Coordinator or the program administrator set up an account for you, a unique "invitation" code has been created which will allow you to go online and "claim" your account if desired. To claim your account, you will need to either get the invitation code from your HM Coordinator or find out what email address was entered for you when your account was set up. By entering that code or your account-linked email address per instructions on the login page, you will be able to log in and choose your own personal username and password for future access.

Certain items, such as the HC Reports and HC Plans, must be submitted online. If no one on your church's Health Ministry Team has internet/computer access, please contact the Health Fund for assistance.
