Welcome to the UMHMF
online grant report entry system. Using this system, you can
build, review, and submit your grant reports online from any computer
with web access.
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to choose a password to access your report. This password will be linked to your grant number, so you can use it for future reports as well. NOTE: For easy access in the future, you may wish to add this page to your "Bookmarks" or "Favorites."Important Notice: Please save your work frequently to avoid losing unsaved information. If over 5 minutes have passed since your last save, the connection may time-out and unsaved work will be lost. For narratives and other lengthy entries, you may wish to compose in a word processor first, then paste into the online forms.
