Servant Leadership: Personal and Professional Self-Care train-the-trainer workshop, May 6

Like air passengers responsible for the care of others depending upon them, instructed to first don oxygen masks themselves before assisting their charges, persons involved in health ministries and in providing guidance and support for those within their congregations and communities must first attend to their own health and wholeness through effective self-care practices.

For those interested in learning more about both the value of and techniques for personal and professional self-care, and who would be willing to in turn share that information with others, a train-the-trainer workshop will be held May 6 at the Spiritual Life Center in Wichita.
